Hello, today I synced my iPhone for the first time since October. In the photos program on Mac, I have over 2000 photos (from 2004 to current) and they are saved locally on my Mac and not the iCloud. today, when I tried to sync the photos the older photos didn't sync to my iPhone. i saw that other people are having a similar issue but is this do a Catalina issue?

I like having all of my photos on my iPhone and this is frustrating. Everything used to copy over with no issues.
