Photo Library losing its folders

I updated to ios 6 last night and I have noticed my photo library that was synced from my computer has lost all its individual folders and has become one library. Has anyone else had this problem?

I suppose a resync to itunes would solve this?

Leave it for a while. My photos all appeared in Camera roll (around 6k pics) then after the library had updated after 10-20 mins all was as normal with individual folders.

This happened on both iPad and IP.

Yup this is what happens as far as I can tell...

My camera roll seems ok, its just my photo library of synced pics from my computer that has merged all together. Ah well not the end of the world
