I'm sure this has probably been discussed, but I'm pretty frustrated...

Ever since I downloaded Ventura on my MacBook Pro I've lost the ability to access photo files when uploading to websites such as Facebook, eBay, etc.
This is very important to my business, and there seems to be no real fix.
I have spoken with Apple support on three occasions - this last time I was told that since the Apple engineers are aware of the issue (which they blame on all the websites) everyone using Ventura and these websites are experiencing the same problem. I really don't think this is even close to reality.
Last night I purchased a new MacBook Pro M2 in hopes to clear this issue up, but to no avail.
Does anyone have any real insight on this? Is everyone experiencing this?
I'm pretty close to just going back to Windows, where I'm sure I can at least access photo folders. Thanks!

Are you talking about uploading pictures directly from your Photo's library?

Yes, when uploading photos from my photo library to Facebook, eBay, etc, my photo albums are not visible, and have not been since Ventura. I can access the photo library (consisting of 30,000 pics) but not the individual albums. Apples workaround fix is for me to first save the photos to the desktop. Apple support told me today that the issue is not with Apple or with my computer, but instead with Facebook, eBay, etc, and that all MacBook users are experiencing the same problem - none of which do I think is accurate.
 
Right OK, well, it's the same for me. I can access all the pics in my Photo's Library individually but not via the albums.

It seems the no one is interested in fixing this issue!

This is still an ongoing problem - is there anyone out there with a solution? Is Apple actually looking at this, or is it just lip service from customer service? They have acknowledged the problem!
