Universal Photo Locking App With Sync?

Hi

anyone know an app that i can keep photos locked with TouchID but also syncs its content between devices? not even sure if possible

Currently i use Touch Volt which does its thing but unfortunately doesnt sync the photos between my iPhone and iPad
