Photo management app export album as folders

Hello, i'm looking for a good photo management app that allows me to import and export albums organized in folders

Any suggestions?

You're using Photos? check for an Automator action, or https://macosxautomation.com/automator/foo.html

Or Lightroom. It can publish collections (similar to albums) to services, or simply export to a hard drive, and can keep track so that as you change the collection the folder can be updated with the new images.
