Photo no long tilt to landscape!

I have an iPhone 5C in Yellow and it my phone for workouts and exercise but the photos no longer go from portrait to landscape mode when I tilt the iPhone to horizontal. No upgrades to iOS or anything. Even does it on webpages too.

How do I set it back to normal - portrait to landscape tilt action?
