When I look in my camera roll, there is a picture of one of the instant message conversations. I must have done it by accident. How did I do that?

I don't even have to hold the home button on mine. Just the power down for a few seconds and release. You'll see a flash across the screen and suddenly it will be in your picture roll.

Okaaaay, so then how do you turn your phone off?

yeah just tried it on my Phone, that did not happen it just turned teh screen off,, tahst not normal iPone behaviour

Hold the power/lock button on the top of your phone down for approximately 5 seconds. It'll say "slide to power off".

Yeah, he knows that. Drewskie was asking Jackie how he/she turns of his/her phone, because holding the power button will lock it or turn the phone off if held for a longer period of time. So I don't see how it could take a screen shot.
