I was hoping you could help me understand a couple issues my girlfriend has been having.
The first is with iPhoto/finder - she has iPhoto 08 and has mutiple copies of photos, sometimes as many as 5 in her finder when she searches for .jpg. Yet in iPhoto, there are no duplicates. Also, she was using finder for a while to organize photos but I'm not sure if that did it.
Also, she has a ton of random photos that appear to have appeared when she "views" a photo in gmail. It seems like it is saving them. Or, my other guess is that Mail is saving all her photos automatically, though she hasn't used that in a while. Some photos also seem to be from just browsing the web, ones sorry that she can't recall ever seeing in an email.
