Hey, I was wondering if it's possible to take a photo and make it b/w but leave part of it colored. Is this possible in iPhoto? And, if not, is it possible in Aperture? And does anyone know how to do it in Photoshop? Thanks!

Photoshop is your friend here.

I am a Pro Wedding photographer and frequently use the "Spot Colour" effect you describe here. The easiest way to do this is to create a new Black and White layer on top of your colour original. You can then use the eraser tool to selectively delete the black and white layer above the area of colour you need exposed. If you make a mistake, flip the foreground and background colour and the eraser tool will then paint back in the black and white foreground.

Hope this helps !

Thanks! Also, I found a very similar effect using FotoFlexer, the free online site for all this stuff. I appreciate your help.
