Photo Share: preparing infinite loading

Hi there,
since I got my iPhone 12 pro I have noticed the following problem:

1. I take a photo
2. I click share
3. I choose messages or Facebook or airdrop or basically anything
4. I get "Preparing" which never ends.

After some minutes/ hours I can share the photo with success without the preparation window appear at all.

Any ideas?

Note : I have icloud disabled for photos. Tried enabling but I am over 5gb and must buy a plan...
