General Photo Stream not working

I have a jailbroken iPhone 4s and iPad mini both on 6.0.1 and have recently realized that photo stream does not work.

I have enabled it through both my devices but it seems that the photos do not sync across all my devices (and my mac) and only save into the respective devices.

Is anyone else experiencing this as well?

I have this problem, the photos go into the photo stream on the device I take the picture but they don't transfer to my iPad2, even when on wifi.
