Hello all,

I've been using Aperture to download the photos from my iCloud Photo Library. This happens automatically, and Aperture even organizes the photos into monthly projects. However, I just noticed Aperture has stopped downloading new photos since June 2016. I even tested a new install of Apeture on another Mac, and it won't download my Photo Stream anymore. Strangely, I can create Shared Albums on my iPhone and it appears in Aperture. So has the Photo Stream been disabled by Apple?

Thanks.

Aperture is no longer supported by Apple since mid 2015; more than likely Apple is tweaking their iCloud services and Aperture is losing its ability to communicate with iCloud.

This is what I'm guessing, anyway. Something may have changed in June.
