Photo stream turns back on automatically.

Since I reformatted my phone I can't turn off photo stream.

It will turn off but goes back on automatically when I reset my phone.

Any ideas?

I had that problem too. But when I turned it off it would just turn right back on as I watched it. Oddly the solution was to keep switching it as if it was some sort of faulty mechanical switch.

Funny, mine keeps turning off. Randomly, it will be on for a week, then suddenly one day my photo stream is gone. Kind of driving me crazy. It's been happening ever since iOS 7. I even restored as a new device and started from scratch. I thought maybe there was a limit to the number of devices on the photo stream so I turned it off on my two ATV's and left it on on mine and my wife's phone and iPad and still it randomly turns off. As recently as yesterday (first time in almost 2 weeks though, new record).
