Photo stuff

OK, I know this is very basic to all of you kids, but I'm new.

OK, when I save a photo, how do I convert it to a jpg file?

I got this photo, saved it, and tried uploading it onto Myspace (OMGZZZ) with no luck.

Any help on the matter?
