Just got my watch yesterday and I was wondering if there is a way to view the iPhone photos without having to sync them or save them onto the watch? I have/take a lot of photos and don't want to fill up my memory or have to choose what is and is not on my watch. Thanks.

Nope. You have to sync a folder you choose to the Apple Watch (I chose "most recent photos") in order to watch them on it. You can set a limit for photos to sync in the Apple Watch app on your phone. I chose 40MB (which is really nothing) so there can be up to 250 photos synced to the watch.
