Anyone notice this? I believe any pictures that were added (from icloud via my iPhone) since 10.13.4 beta 1 display like this in Photo's. If I hover the cursor over them that display/go live. They are all live photo's. The files seem fine as I have uploaded a few here even though they appear distorted they upload fine.
