Photo Zoom Crop

In commercials for the Evo 4g it shows a picture of a man and all of the sudden this hand comes in and double taps the picture and it zooms in to a guy behind the man with the ability to crop that zoomed in portion and send it where ever it likes. On the iPhone 4 we can zoom in as well but is there anyway to crop and send just the section we zoom into? I used the Photoshop app (free one) and it's such a crappy picture when you crop it but the iPhones zoom feature looks great. Any help would be appreciated.

What u Sonia zoom in on the part you want then when the buttons to go toward and back disappeared you press the lock and home button at the same time and it takes a picture of what is being displayed on your screen
