I really wanted to try these out too, but there is some horrible artifacting on my SR MBP, almost like the video driver is not correct. Thats why its a beta tho.

Cool! It looks like the animated backdrop effects are going to be extended beyond iChat. Now they put it in PhotoBooth.

most of them work.

in photobooth you can adjust how much change you want using a bar that shows up when u hover over app

also the backgrounds do not work that well right now, theres a lot of static when you move around, hopefully they can fix that
