photobooth PHOTOS DISAPEARED

On my photo booth all my pictures which used to show at the bottom of the application have disappeared, they are all still saved in the file on finder and if i take new pictures they add to this same file but all the pictures taken previously will not show up.

Any ideas how to get them back?

I'm also looking for a solution to this. It seems like when moving the library to a new computer, and copying the images over, the old ones will not index.

Is there a way to automatically reindex Recents.plist?
