PhotoBooth Resolution in Lion with 2010 Imac

I have a MArch 2011 Imac 27", I find it that since I upgraded to Lion, the Photobooth pics I take with the built in Camera, appear bigger but grainier, less sharp than before with Snow LEopard, is there a way to get it back to the resolution and size as before with Lion? HAs anyone else who doesn't have the latest Imacs also noticed this?
