Looks like a simple, easy-to-use program for easy mods to images.

PhotoExpress 2

PhotoExpress 2 is a great utility for quickly compressing photos for attaching to email, uploading to Facebook, etc. You can define settings, drag and drop several photos into the window and process them all together. Ability to add special effects, rotate the image etc.

Works with all versions of Mac OSX up to 10.6.8

I can't get it to run with OSX 10.7 (Lion).
