Photogene vs PhotoForge

I use Photogene atm but I see PhotoForge on App Store and I have looked for some info as well as review about the app. Many ppl say that photoforge is the closest app to photoshop element. So I would like to know which one is better and if I already own photogene, should I go for photoforge as well?
