Photomator, Apple, RAW photo editor and macOS

I did read about the new feature coming to macOS but did not read anything about Photomator that has been acquired by Apple and I was expecting to see to become macOS RAW editor

Since I'm stuck with CaptureOne "life time" and I'm not going to pay for a subscription software but I also own a life time Photomator license I was wondering what will happen

Apple acquisitions can take literally years to show up, if ever.
