Photos app bugs - where can i report them?

I found a bug, while trying to import videos from my SD card - photos think the date on them is always the same (something like 12/4/15 , 12:05) which is weird since in my camera i can see original date/time the video taken

i also can't seem to understand how photo stream works now.

while on iPhoto i could see photo stream photos and import them to my library, it seems that Photos app auto import my photo stream photos and put them all over my library.

i also missed the Events feature...now i need to import photos and organize them into albums
