Photos App does Not deleting the original photos?

hi,
i am using now the Photos App, and added many photos to the library from my old photos (not from the iPhone) .. however when i delete the photo in the Photo App, i found out that it didn't delete the original photo.

is there any way to do that?

please note that i also deleted the photos under the section of Recently deleted photos ... but the original is still there and Photos App didn't deleted it.

Do you have your files referenced?
If yes, then Photos does not delete the original file.

This is, I think, one of the biggest "flaws" of the current version.

these are very old photos that i added to Photos App, now when i delete the photo from the Photos App it will not delete the original file.
