Photos app flickers when opening a library

Good day,

When I open a Photos library the app starts to ficker(open and close) and the menu bar flickers also so I have a lot of problem closing the app. The spotlight doesn't really work either. Then it finish flickering but the library did not open.

Anyone had this issue before?
