iPhone Photos app in foreground makes iPhone hot, drain battery

I had iOS 13.5.1 and now 13.6, but when I use Photos app, iPhone getting hot and drain battery.
When I close app (or restart) it is ok for few times when open app, but then come back.
I restarted phone and app but problem still persists.
