Photos app - long time to load iCloud photos and videos

Hello
I have lots of photos and videos in my iCloud.
When I'm using my MacBook to look at the photos and the videos it takes lots of time for them to load so I can watch the videos or look at the photos in full resolution.
I know it takes time for them to load from the cloud and it depends on my internet speed Aldo I have high speed line - is there some way that I can store all my photos and videos on my Airport Time Machine so when I look at the photos in my home using my iPhone or my other applications like photos in my MacBook it will be fast - or is there other why....?
