Photos App, moving back Library from Sierra to El Capitan

So i've tried macOS Sierra for a few weeks and decided to go back to El Capitan until some USB bugs are fixed and i get a hold of supported WiFi card.

Is there any smarter way of moving things back than copying files from one to another Library and is it enough to just copy Photos Library / Masters to the "new" library?
