Resolved Photos App, overlapping year range, date issue (confusing)

The date ranges show photos in collections span years in between, not sure why. Any ideas?

FIXED:

Okay, I think I fixed it. I think Photos group several years together when one or more of any of the contained years don't have enough images to display properly(?) in the Years view.

I just added more pictures from 2010, 2011, 2012, and 2013 respectively, and it seems to have worked.
