has anyone else noticed extremely long wait times to update the photo library for photos? Mine has been at 17% for hours and just went up to 18. Does it have to contact iCloud for anything? The reason I ask is my crappy internet here at Starbucks may be the bottleneck. I have a iCloud Photo Library with 30k photos and videos. Maybe that's it I don't know.
