I upgraded to the latest beta of MacOS 14. (Intel MBP 16").
Only quirk I have is that Photos won't open. Tells me the photo library is locked. Offers to repair permissions, which takes about 20', then repeats the same message telling me I do not have permission to access the library. Yes, I store the library in iCloud. Yes, I checked the box allowing Photos in iCloud. Do not have a problem accessing Photos with either my iPhone or iPad. I assume this is a glitch with Intel macs, since my M1 MbP (running MacOS 13) has access to Photos library.
