All Devices Photos: Correcting "automatic" tagging in iOS 13

The new categorisation features in Photos in 13 is really nice, however sometimes it need correcting

For example I have pictures that are correctly batched together by time / date, but the wrong Venue has been attached, or in some cases the wrong band has been tagged.

I can see how these can happen, venues close together, or in one case two venues in the same building - which show are you at?

I can't however see a way to override the "automatic" information given to the Pictures by Photos
