photos deleted!

I was having a lot of pictures taken by photobooth and once I had gone to all images present in the finder and I deleted all the pictures from there thinking that they will not be removed from photobooth but all the pictures deleted... Help me!


I moved them to iphoto software but they are also unavailable but there is a small photo and when I copy and paste it to my desktop, it says this file is deleted and no longer available and I have emptied the trash too!!!

Are they in the Trash? Do you use Time Machine?

If both are no, then you're screwed.

Data Rescue 2 can recover deleted files if they haven't been overwritten.
