Photos does not upload videos

Good morning,

My iPhone running public beta 2 says that I have 1217 videos and is fully synched to iCloud.

If I log to icloud.com or if I check my Photos app on my mac (running Sierra beta), it shows only 1212 videos.

Anybody else seen that?

I know that the videos where shot after the upgrade.

Yes, this is a problem that I was seeing--those videos wouldn't upload, and they wouldn't get deleted from my phone to free up space, even though I have my iPhoto library set to optimise for storage.
