Photos doesn't work!

Hi guys,

I've just updated to 'El Capitan' and when I try to open Photos it runs but it doesn't show any window. All the options in the menu are disabled. I've tried running it and holding the combination Command + Option to run the Repair Library Utility, but it doesn't run.

Am I the only one experiencing such problem?

SOLVED: By simply rebooting my laptop the problem vanished.

Try holding down alt when you start Photos.
