Photos extension similar to "Markup" on OS X?

I'm looking for a Photos extension that can do things similar to Markup on OS X. When I upload screenshots to Feedback assistant for beta bug reporting, I like to remove personal information and such. I currently have to import the photo to Pixelmatr on my phone, wrestle with that to cover or outline items, save that to Photos, then upload the screenshot.

Does anyone know of a good extension to do this right in the Photos app?
