Photos Face not letting me add a new Photo

Apple Watch Ultra 2 (2023) and I'm not being allowed to add an additional photo to my Photos Face. Yes, I'm under the limit. Is anybody else experiencing this?

I'm on watchOS 11.0.1 (22R361).
