Photos files scattered in iOS4

Anyone who organises their photos in to sub folders by creating a master file to save these in to is probably having problems.

Before the update the image at the top of your list in each folder was the one used for the folder icon. Now it seems that the master icon is using the oldest image in the file.

Does anybody have a workround for this? It's really irritating me!!!

I'm still trying to figure out now to have it organized by name again.
I almost want to revert back to iOS 3 because I hate how its organized by date of creation..I dont like using iPhoto so there isnt any other option now..
I had my folders on my macbook so organized by name and subfolders..now its a mess
