Photos From EHD Won't Open!!!!

Hello I had brought my computer in with beta software 10.10.4 and they had said that i needed to downgrade and wipe everything off it. So i did, since i had a backup of everything, nowhere i want to open my photos library to photos it can't be repaired!!!!!!

Please help.

I have all the albums on my iPhone. Is there any way to get it off from there?
