Here are a few pics from the Menlo Park NJ store. The line was smaller than I expected, but still substantial. There were a whole gaggle of blue-shirted iSmurfs mingling with the waiting crowd, getting their information and directing them to the correct line. The lines were staged on opposite sides of the mall corridor. As the opening time approached, the crowd cheered every little motion towards the doors and ended up with a 10 - 9- 8 countdown as things opened up. I was just an observer since I'm waiting for my pre-ordered G3. We live only 2 miles from the mall and usually stop by the bookstore and coffee shop on Saturday morning anyway, so I took the opportunity to be an iVoyeur.
