Photos from phone 4 to pc

My iPhone 4 won't transfer any Phobos to my pc, my pc don't even "see" my phone, but I put my 3GS in and witting seconds my pc sees it. Any ideas I need to send some pictures from my iPhone 4 to my pc to print them, please help thank you

Are the pictures in the "camera roll" on the iPhone 4, or are they in folders?

Connect your phone to your PC, if the PC does not recognize it and open your photo editor, open the photo editor manually and see if you can download the photos.
