I have an iPhone 14 Pro Max and am very pleased with the photos I take. However, when they get in to my Mac from iCloud that don't look nearly as good. They have a lot more yellow in them and are not as crisp. My Macbook Pro is Early 2015.

QUESTION: Is there a particular reason this would be happening and is there a Mac adjustment to fix this for all photos rather than my adjusting the white balance and sharpness on each photo?

Is it the same when u airdrop a picture? Bit imho iCloud shouldn’t compress pics.

Do you have night shift disabled in macOS?
