I'm getting this as well, mine just show up as full black images. Reboot, it fixes it. I'm sure they'll fix this very soon.

Me too. I am able to go in through the camera app and get to my pics from there until I reboot.
Nothing could be said on why.
They only have confirm reports of problems when syncing with iTunes and losing their whole camera roll.
They made the case number and everything.
I also asked about how fragile the phone is. He said all the cases he heard were obvious in why they broke. People dropping them in water, or people dropping heavy things on them.
Nothing to the point of dropping them from a distance and them shattering. But we know things happen, and these things do happen.
But we only see them with people really dropping them on hard cement and not a normal floor/wood.
For example, mine fell three feet from my shelf to the floor and nothing happend. I was angry with myself with leaving it on the self, and the person that called and made it vibrate off
