Photos/Icloud Photo Library Question

If I use the Photos app to import all photos from my digital camera, both RAW and JPEG, will both the RAW and JPEG version be uploaded to iCloud? Is there any way to specify that you only want JPEG uploaded and to keep the RAWs locally? Thanks.
