Photos: iCloud Uploader Progress Bar Gone?

I remember in 10.12, there was an uploader progress bar showing progress of uploading to iCloud from within Photos then preferences. It seems to have disappeared in 10.13. Is it gone completely or just located somewhere else? Thanks.

When sharing to a Shared Photo Stream, for example, I believe there's a circular progress indicator in the window's title bar now. Is that what you're talking about?

When I add photos from a camera to PHOTOS and it starts uploading to iCloud. That’s what I’m talking about.

Bump - 10.12 would show a progress uploader for uploading to iCloud and 10.13 does not. Was it moved or completely removed? Thanks.
