Photos Invaded

Just opened Photos on iPhone 11 . Very surprised to find about 30 images of screen shots that have been on my phone recently. Random images from Messages, Calendar , Reminders and Wallet were included.

I have removed them but remain concerned about this strange happening. Any advice would be most welcome.

Easy, your triggering screen shots by accident.. Plenty of threads on the forum about the poor placement/implementation of the screen shot on iPhones without a home button.. I also hate the swipe left camera icon on the lock screen...

I agree with @BugeyeSTI. I've done this a few times myself, and I'm unaware it's happened because my phone is on silent.
