After the original unclickable issues I finally got Photos to start, but after clicking "get started" it just has the circling 'loading' graphic underneath it forever.
At this point you can't quit the app - it says ""can't quit while creating or opening a library".
So far, not sure I want to trust this app with my photos - at least, assuming it ever actually opens.
