photos library corruption

Any apps to fix a bugged Photos library? All the raw photos are still within the library, however the Photos app does not show any thumbnails/events/etc. I've tried the Option->Repair command, but it does not help.

Did you try to rebuild the thumbnails? How to Rebuild Thumbnails in a Photos Library
Do you have a backup to restore the library?
