Photos Library error 4302 after new from scratch (13.0.1 Ventura)

- Created a new Library (new!, empty) on an external SD!
- Named if "icloudbk"
- Turned on iCloud System Library ...(I think it's called that)
- Photos started flowing in
- Ejected SD
- Re-inserted SD
- Boom, Error

PS: I f... hate Ventura, only pain, even my Fingerprint is not accepted anymore after wake from sleep, absolute bug-hell 🤢
